We have just launched our integration to Sezzle for beta customers. Sezzle is a Buy Now, Pay Later payment platform that increases the purchasing power for millions of consumers by offering interest-free installment plans at online stores and in-store locations. Sezzle currently works with more than 40,000 merchants.
We offer an automated journal entry posting where we capture on a daily basis, the fees tied to sales processed by Sezzle.
Connection Setup:
When connecting Sezzle, you will need to retrieve your API keys that are provisioned from your Sezzle account. Within the Sezzle dashboard, navigate to “API keys” on the left side bar to create an API key as shown below. Alternatively, you can visit the URL below: https://dashboard.sezzle.com/merchant/settings/apiKeys
Once on the API Keys page, click “create API key” which will generate a public and private key that can be copied into bookkeep.com for us to automate your daily posting:
Copy the private and public key into Bookkeep.com for the Sezzle connection as shown below:
Mapping:
After completing the initial setup, you can complete the mapping of data from Sezzle into your accounting platform (e.g. Quickbooks) and set the journal entry to ON. This will trigger a daily summary based on fee data from Sezzle:
